Galway Bay fm newsroom - Tuam is set to get some new housing.
Terry McCann has been granted planning permission for 11 new houses at Rivercrest, Parkmore, Dublin Road.
There are 16 conditions attached to the grant of planning permission.
One condition requires the developer to ensure all services such as public lighting and the access road are complete before the new homes are occupied.
