New electric car sales in Galway continues to rise

From Galway Bay fm newsroom- An upward trend in new electric car sales in Galway is continuing.

235 new EVs were registered in the county over the past month, an increase of almost a third on the same period last year.

Meanwhile, there was generally a slight dip in new car sales last month in Galway, compared to February 2022.

Nationally, over 2,200 new electric vehicles have been registered so far this year, marking an increase of over a third on the same time in 2022.
