Galway Bay fm newsroom - A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a single vehicle incident on the Headford Road.
The incident took place at 10.30am near the bend after Donaghpatrick cemetery.
A section of the Caherlistrane to Headford Road was closed for a period but has since reopened.
It's understood the motorcyclist is being treated for minor injuries.
