Galway Bay fm newsroom - More than 60 new houses are planned for the Newcastle area of the city.
McHugh Property Holdings is seeking planning permission for 68 residential units at Gaelcarraig, Letteragh.
The development would be in two schemes with new road access onto Gaelcarraig Park and Carn Ard.
