An Bord Pleanála has approved a 'Strategic Housing' application by Arlum
Limited for 212 residential units at Moneyduff, Oranhill.
The houses will be a mix of detached, semi-detached and terrace with apartments.
A creche facility with outdoor play areas and parking is also part of the plan.
