Galway Bay fm newsroom - Module two of the oral hearing into the proposed Galway city ring road will resume remotely today at the An Bord Pleanála offices in Dublin.
The oral hearing was suspended in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing restrictions on indoor gatherings.
Priority will be given to participants who have made a submission on the development, but did not get the opportunity to contribute at the oral hearings to date.
Module 3 of the hearings will take place on Tuesday October 27th from 10am at the Clayton Hotel, Ballybrit with remote access.
Galway Senator Pauline O'Reilly is one of those set to address the hearing this morning.
She argues the bypass would not be the silver bullet that many have hoped for.
