Meeting hears no decision made to close Clifden District Hospital

From Galway Bay FM newsroom- An online meeting today has heard no decision has been made to close Clifden District Hospital.

Families were contacted by the HSE last Friday, informing them that respite services will not be available from this week.

HSE personnel spoke with local representatives in a meeting today which lasted over 2 hours.

Councillor Eileen Mannion attended the meeting, and expressed why local representative are seeking another meeting:
