Mayoral Charity Ball postponed

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Mayor of Galway has decided to postpone next month's Mayoral charity ball

Mayor Mike Cubbard says that with the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus and with public health a priority, he has decided it's in the best interest of everybody that the ball be postponed

All tickets sold for the original date of April 11th will be valid for the new date of May 22nd, and the venue, the Galmont Hotel remains the same

However, if someone who has purchased a ticket cannot make the new date, a refund will be made available immediately.

Mayor Cubbard is asking everyone who has tables and tickets reserved re-confirm that they are okay to attend on the new date.
