Marine Institute announces Michael Gillooly as interim CEO

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The Marine Institute, based in Oranmore, has announced Michael Gillooly as interim CEO.

He takes on the position following the retirement of Dr. Paul Connolly at the end of June.

Mr Gillolly has worked with the Marine Institute for over 30 years and has been Director of Ocean Climate and Information Services since 2003.
