Galway Bay fm newsroom - The man who died following a crash on the N17 between Milltown and Ballindine yesterday, has been named locally as Guntras Cubrevics.
The 32 year old Latvian national was killed following a collision involving a car and a truck at Carrownurlaur at around 1.15am yesterday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the truck, who is aged in his 50s, was taken to hospital in Castlebar as a precaution.
