Man taken to Beaumont with serious injuries following city collision

A man in his 20’s has been taken to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin with serious injuries following a collision in the city.

The incident happened at Lombard Street around 10.20pm last night.

Lombard Street and Market Street are currently closed and emergency services remain at the scene this morning.

A technical examination of the scene is due to be carried out later today.
