Galway Bay fm newsroom - A man has been hospitalised after being pulled from a city waterway last evening.
Gardaí and two units of the city fire service attended the scene of an incident at Upper Canal Road shortly before 7pm.
A 29 year old man was taken from the water, and brought to UHG.
His condition is not yet known.
