Man due in court over alleged assault on Mayor of Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom- A man is due in court today (10/9) in connection with an alleged assault on the Mayor of Galway over the weekend.

Mayor Niall McNelis intervened in an altercation between a man and a woman at Wolfe Tone bridge last Friday night.
