Man dies following house fire in Moylough

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A man has died following a house fire in Moylough.

It's understood the fire broke out at around 5am at a two storey house in the Moate area.

It's believed the man, who is aged in his 60's, was living alone at the house.

Emergency services - including several units from Mountbellew and Tuam - remain at the scene this morning.
