Galway Bay fm newsroom - A man was arrested after Gardaí found cannabis herb worth €10,000 in a car in Gort.

As part of Operation Tara, Gardaí stopped the car and arrested one of the occupants, a man in his 40s.
He was taken to the North Western Regional HQ and has since been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions, and the investigation is ongoing.
