Major tourism initiative for Clarinbridge to be focus of community workshop

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A community workshop about a major tourism initiative will take place in Clarinbridge tomorrow.

The workshop will discuss the establishment of an Oyster Village Centre and Interactive Heritage Experience in Clarinbridge.

The project has received 23 thousand euro in funding under the LEADER scheme for a feasibility study.

The community workshop will take place tomorrow evening from 7 until 9 in Clarinbridge Parish Hall.

Local Councillor Martina Kinane says market research for the initiative is underway so the community workshop this week is key.
