Major student accommodation development planned for Terryland

There is plan for a major student accommodation development in the city.

Montane Developments Limited is seeking preliminary consultation with An Bord Pleanála for 272 bed spaces at Coolough Road, Terryland.

The higher planning authority will issue an 'opinion' on whether the application falls under the criteria for 'Strategic Housing' in July.
