Mairead Farrell says city "crying out" for night bus services

From Galway Bay FM newsroom- City-based TD Mairead Farrell says Galway City is "crying out" for late night bus services.

Sinn Fein Deputy Farrell is welcoming the news that the NTA is considering such a service as part of the Galway Bus Network Review being carried out this year.

She argues the demand is certainly there and people need real alternatives to using cars for every journey.

Deputy Farrell says the people of Galway deserve transport options at night that are both safe and affordable.
