MADRA is asking the public for donations toward its annual Dog's Dinner Appeal.
The Connemara-based dog rescue charity is appealing for donations of five euro, which can provide a warm, nuritious meal on Christmas Day.
The charity says this year has been especially challenging, with rising operational costs and other challenges.
