Loughrea mother and her family bidding for UK Christmas No 1

Loughrea native Lorraine Reilly Millington and her husband Jeremy have created a version of the ’80s pop song ‘Together In Electric Dreams’ that they hope will be the Christmas No 1 in the UK next week. Along with the help of choral and orchestral musicians from Somerset performing from their bedrooms during the November 2020 lockdown, the song is being released under the artist banner Shine A Light To Fight – which was set up as an online meeting place for those affected physically or emotionally affected by Covid-19.
