Long-serving staff members celebrate 30 years of Boston Scientific

Ten employees at Boston Scientific are celebrating a milestone achievement this year – they’ve been with the company since it first opened 30 years ago.

And Chris Benn has been over to the Ballybrit facility to meet with some of those employees.

But first he spoke with Vice President of Operations James Lyons about the importance of their workplace culture.
