The difficulty parents go through in this country trying to access special education classes for their children is not normal.

She says children with additional needs should be able to access education in a local school - and that isn't happening and parents are being "run ragged".
Deputy Kerrane told the Dáil there is no excuse, especially when we're a wealthy country.
