Local TD says cycleway connecting Athenry to Oranmore would be a perfect "Pathfinder" project

From Galway Bay FM newsroom- A local TD says a cycleway connecting Athenry to Oranmore, would be the perfect "pathfinder" project for Galway.

Its as Transport Minister Eamon Ryan asked every local authority, within the next three weeks, to submit a priority list of active travel schemes, to be delivered within two years.

Yesterday it emerged that Galway City and County Councils, both had an under spend on cycling and walking infrastructure last year.
