The jury in the trial of a Latvian man accused of the murder of a fellow Latvian whose body was found in a drain near Glenamaddy today re-watched CCTV footage.
31 year old Andresj Krauze of Dudley Heights, Glenamaddy, has pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to murdering 30-year-old Juris Buls at an unknown time on July 7 or 8, 2011.
Earlier today, the jury asked to see CCTV footage which was shown earlier in the trial and they also put a legal query to the presiding judge, Ms Justice Margaret Heneghan.
Having rewatched about one hour of footage they returned to their jury room to continue their deliberations.
However they have now finished their deliberations for today and will return to the Central Criminal Court tomorrow.
