Irish Rail says many weekend services to and from Galway booked out

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Iarnród Éireann says demand on all services to and from Galway is extremely high this weekend.

Many Services to and from Galway are sold out.

Most services on routes between Dublin and Galway, Westport and Belfast are sold out as well as trains from Galway to Limerick.

Those travelling to Croke Park should be particularly mindful that they must have an advance booking to travel

Public transport is still operating at 50 percent capacity due to Covid-19 restrictions.

A spokesperson for Iarnród Éireann also told Galway Bay fm news they expect many Galway services to sell out in advance over the coming weeks, and particularly at weekends.
