Galway Bay fm newsroom - Gardaí are investigating a heartless robbery at a charity home in the city.
A Brothers of Charity home at Lurgan Park Renmore was burgled last Wednesday, April 19th.
The home was ransacked while the occupants were out and a large amount of cash was stolen.
Gardaí are looking for a number of young suspects in relation to this alleged burglary.

Earlier that day an unoccupied house in nearby Gleann Rua was also broken into.
Anyone who noticed suspicious behaviour last Wednesday around the Renmore are is asked to contact Galway garda station at 091 53 8000.
