Inspections find excellent compliance at four disability centres across Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom – HIQA inspections of four disability centres across Galway have found excellent compliance with regulations.

The short-notice inspections were carried out at facilities operated by the Brothers of Charity.

An inspection of Coole Services and Colman House Services found both centres were compliant with all regulations, often substansially so.

Eden House Respite Services was also deemed to be fully compliant with regulations across all 11 assessed categories.

Meanwhile, Woodhill Services was found to be compliant or substanially in almost all categories - with just minor issues noted in the notification of incidents.
