Inspections find excellent compliance at four disability centres across Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom - HIQA inspections of four disability centres across Galway have found excellent compliance with regulations.

The short-notice inspections were carried out at facilities operated by Ability West.

An inspection of St Dominic's Services and Palace Fields Services found both centres were compliant with all regulations, often substantially so.

Meanwhile, Oak Services and Clochan Services were also deemed to be either fully compliant or substantially compliant with regulations across all 11 assessed categories.

The inspections were carried-out between May and June of this year.
