Galway Bay fm newsroom - A conference discussing a farming programme for the three Aran Islands will take place on Inis Mór tomorrow.
AranLife is a demonstration project that has been working with 67 island farmers to develop and demonstrate the best conservation management practices on the Natura designated nature sites.
The project which began in 2014- focuses on maintaining and improving the biodiversity value of the island habitat.
AranLIFE will present the results of the project at the conference and will explore how the model could be developed for other high nature value farming areas.
The conference takes place tomorrow afternoon from 12.30 at the Aran Islands Hotel on Inis Mór.
