Hundreds of student accommodation bedspaces planned for the city

Galway Bay fm newsroom - More student accommodation is being proposed for Galway city.

Exeter Ireland Property III Limited has submitted preliminary plans directly to An Bord Pleanála for 405 student accommodation spaces at Cúirt na Coiribe.

The location at Headford Road in the city already provides some student accommodation.

An Bord Pleanála will issue its opinion next month on whether a full planning application for the proposal should be submitted.
