Hundreds of Galway students walk out of lectures to protest cost of living

Galway Bay fm newsroom- Hundreds of University of Galway students walked out of lectures this morning to protest the cost of living crisis.

It was part of a nationwide Student Walkout, organised by the Union of Students in Ireland.

Galway students gathered, wearing protest stickers, at the 'Big Yellow Thing' on campus at 11 minutes past 11.
