HSE slammed over delay in resolving water issues at Loughrea facility

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The HSE is being slammed for its lack of progress of fully re-opening St. Brendan's Community Nursing Unit in Loughrea.

Councillor Moegie Maher says that the facility has not been operating at full capacity for three months due to an issue with the water supply.

The Fine Gael councillor says that families have not been able to receive respite for family members over the summer period as a result and up to 30 beds remain empty.
