HSE data reveals COVID 19 patient numbers at UHG and Portiuncula on Saturday

Galway Bay fm newsroom - HSE data for Saturday April 4th shows there were 18 patients with coronavirus receiving care at UHG.

Meanwhile, four COVID 19 patients were being cared for at Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe on the day.

The breakdown of cases by hospital nationwide published by RTE's Fergal Bowers shows Beaumont in Dublin was dealing with the largest volume at the time of analysis at 110 cases.

This was followed by St. James at 83 and the Mater with 76 cases.
