Galway Bay fm newsroom - Galway County Council in partnership with the HSE has launched the 'Keep Well during COVID-19' campaign.

The campaign includes a free 20-page information booklet and video series with advice aimed at older adults dealing with the challenges of the pandemic.
The initiative aims to help older people to mind their physical and mental health and wellbeing over the coming months.

It includes information on staying active and the benefit of developing a meaningful routine.
The booklet is available from the Galway County Community Call Helpline by calling Freephone 1800 92 88 94 or 091 509 390, while the accompanying videos are available on the Community Healthcare West YouTube channel.
