HSA investigating farm death in Gort

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Health and Safety Authority is investigating the death of a man at a farm in Gort.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the workplace incident at Derreen on Tuesday evening.

The body of the man, who was aged in his 60's, was taken to UHG where a post mortem examination is due to take place.

The HSA has confirmed that an investigation has been launched.
