Higher planning authority recommends changes to preliminary plans for Ballybrit housing

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Further consideration and some changes are recommended in relation to plans for more than 100 new homes on the east side of the city.

Trean Meadow Limited submitted preliminary plans for the homes in Ballybrit to An Bord Pleanála.

The homes would be located at Ballybane More Road and would be a mix of houses and apartments.

An Bord Pleanála is recommending some amendments before a full planning application is submitted by the company.
