Galway Bay fm newsroom - Governance company Diligent Corporation is finalising plans to establish its new base in Galway city.
The platform is used by nearly 700,000 board directors and is headquartered in New York.
In November, it announced its new European hub would be located in Galway and would support the creation of 200 jobs by the end of 2021.
55 staff have been hired for the Galway operation to date.
Ruairí Conroy has been appointed as the Site Lead for the company’s new Galway base.
