Galway Bay fm newsroom - The county council has given approval for a new housing development in Athenry.
Planners have granted planning permission to Denise Dunning for 14 houses at Ashville in Kiltullagh.
There are 14 conditions attached to the grant of planning permission.
One condition stipulates that within 3 months of a house being occupied, the developer must submit a report to the local authority.

This report, from a suitably qualified person with indemnity insurance, must certify that the effluent treatment system has been installed in a satisfactory manner.
