Galway Bay fm newsroom - Plans for a boutique cinema at Wellpark have been given the go-ahead.
Radical Properties Ltd are planning to change the use of previously approved retail and restaurant space to a new four-screen facility at the Eye Cinema.
The development will also include a restaurant and bar.
Permission has been granted with 9 conditions attached - one stipulates that a traffic management plan must be put in place for the duration of the works.
