Galway Bay fm newsroom - An international conference on the construction industry will take place in the city in the coming weeks.
The International Construction Management Day Conference is the largest annual gathering of its kind in the west of Ireland.
Architects, engineers, surveyors, academics and contractors will be in attendance.
The conference gets underway at 9am on March 7th at GMIT's Dublin Road campus.

Conference chair and GMIT lecturer Martin Taggart says the event will hear construction output this year is to grow by up to 20%.
