Galway Bay fm newsroom - A global communications company is to roll out 200 high skilled jobs in Galway with the opening of its new EMEA centre of excellence.
The firm which powers human connection and collaboration was founded in 1961 in Santa Cruz California and employs more than 8,000 people globally.
Poly is expected to create the 200 Galway roles over the next five years as it expands to meet growing demand for its premium audio and video products.
The Galway office is Poly’s first base in Ireland, designed to serve as the innovation heartbeat for the company’s 65 offices across the globe.
The office will be home to Poly’s primary research and development lab in EMEA, strategically located to draw on the local market talent and expertise.
The project is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland.
