Galway Bay fm newsroom - A Galway tech company is set to create up to 30 new jobs over the next five years as part of a collaboration with NUI Galway.
Furbo based Aró Digital Strategy is teaming-up with NUIG's Insight Centre for Data Analytics to build a product which Aró will develop for luxury hotels worldwide, to enable them to optimise their direct booking systems.
The company says it'll provide their clients with a digital strategy product which will yield over 50% growth in direct bookings and reduced costs for hotels.
As a result Aró Digital Strategy is recruiting 12 senior roles at the company this year with up to 30 forecast by 2026.
Meanwhile, the company has recently invested €2 million in a new research and development unit at its Galway headquarters.
Aró Co-founder Triona Mac Giolla Rí says the new product will be the most comprehensive and integrated platform available for luxury hotel clients to date.
