Galway Bay fm newsroom - A Galway TD is slamming what's being described as 'stealth cuts' to the Community Services Programme.
The CSP supports community companies and co-operatives to deliver local services by funding the cost of employees.
However, Deputy Eamon O' Cuiv says in recent years, the allocations have fallen below minimum wage levels - requiring community companies to make up the shortfall.
