Galway sees strong growth in school enrolments

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Galway experienced one of the strongest growths in enrolments to primary and post-primary schools last year.

According to today's Irish Independent, the strongest growth across the country was in Galway, Cork and Limerick but more rural counties experienced declines.

The rise in Galway compares to a decline in primary enrolments in Clare, Mayo, Kerry and Carlow.
