Galway has been ranked in the top 10 European cities for new families.
The survey looked at the average cost of a 3 bed home, monthly costs, the number of green spaces and children's activities.

Galway city has been ranked the 9th-best place to live for young families, with the report citing it as one of the most affordable European cities.
The report outlined how the average monthly rent for a three-bed in Galway costs under €2,000 - stating that it fairs much better than Dublin, with prices coming close to €3,000 for the same.
It also highlighted how food and drink prices were more affordable on average in Galway compared to other cities in Europe.
Outside of affordability, the survey also found Galway city has great choice and availability when it comes to activities for children.
While it was also found to have one of the lowest pollution rates.
