Galway public urged to have their say on Irish Water's plan for North West region

Galway Bay fm newsroom - People in Galway are being urged to have their say on Irish Water's draft Regional Water Resources Plan for the North West region.

The utility company is hosting public webinars starting next week, with public consultation until February 21st.

12 counties, including Galway are accounted for in the plan, along with eight islands off Ireland's coast.

The plan will set out Irish Water's objectives in terms of water supply for the region over the next 25 years.

Public webinars are being facilitated at the following times:

Monday 16th January from 7:30 to 9pm
Wednesday 18th January from 10 to 11:30am
Tuesday 31 January from 7:30 to 9pm
and Thursday 2nd February from 10 to 11:30am
