Galway Lotto players scoop jackpots worth €150m since 1988

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Lotto players across Galway have scooped over 90 jackpots worth almost €150 million since the game started 30 years ago.

New figures from the National Lottery show that Galway has had 3.57 jackpot winners per 10,000 people.

It places Galway in the mid-range of a table entitled ' Luckiest Lotto Counties' - which is based on jackpot wins per population and led by counties Louth, Donegal and Mayo.
