Met Eireann is warning of hazardous conditions with icy stretches on roads and footpaths.
It comes into force at 9 tonight, and will last until 9 tomorrow morning.
The warning covers Connacht, Cavan, Donegal, Monaghan, Longford, Louth, Meath and Westmeath.
