Galway Bay fm newsroom - A series of public consultations on the National Planning Framework will take place in Ballinasloe, Tuam and Connemara in the coming days.
The NPF sets out to map out and plan for the State’s population growth over the next 25 years.
It's intended to be a strong basis for policies, effective planning, investment and decision making, with public submissions open until this coming Thursday.
The first of the Galway meetings will take place at Gullane's Hotel in Ballinasloe tomorrow at 5pm.
A further public consultation will also take place tomorrow at the Ard Ri Hotel in Tuam at 8pm.
Meanwhile, the Connemara Coast Hotel in Furbo will host the last of the Galway meetings on Tuesday at 4pm.
