Just 63 homes available to rent across Galway

Galway Bay fm newsroom - There are currently just 63 homes available to rent across all of Galway City and County.

Of those properties listed on Daft.ie, 23 are in Galway City Centre, 19 are located in the suburbs, and the rest are located in the county.

It comes after it was revealed yesterday by the Residential Tenancies Board that almost 3,000 notices to quit were issued by landlords between January and the end of June of this year.

One of those Galway homes up for rent, a luxury one-bedroom villa in Bushy Park, is commanding a price of almost 8,000 euro per month.
